I've been in the car rental business since 2018. In my first year and a half, I built a fleet of 50 cars by purchasing my own vehicles and using co-hosting. I manage over 130 cars today, and my business is still growing.
Over the years, I've developed business processes to manage this large fleet without needing a huge team. The key elements have been automation, a transparent management system, and a deep understanding of the legal aspects of the business.
